Team (COACH ONLY), Event Supervisors, Volunteers with events (ONLY!!):
  • Friday, April 21st:  1 - 5 pm and 7 - 9 pm - DCL Room 2320
  • Saturday, April 23rd:  6:30 - 9 am - DCL Room 2320
  • TEAMS (COACHES ONLY):  Bring registration forms, participant release forms, medical forms and alternate registration forms
  • SUPERVISORS:  Bring volunteer forms or fill out the Code of Conduct online
General Volunteers:
  • General volunteers MUST register on Saturday so that we can ensure you get your Volunteer shirt and are present for your event.  If you come to Friday registration, we will ask you to return on Saturday.
  • Only general volunteers who are working in the 6:30am shift are allowed to register on Friday.

Parking & Maps
Bus Parking
  • All Buses should park in the State Farm Center (Assembly Hall) - E14.
  • Buses of any size in the ARC parking lot will be asked to move or towed.

Parking
Campus Parking
  • Parking is available from 5:00 pm Friday through Saturday evening in most University of Illinois parking lots labeled "Monday through Friday."
  • Parking is NOT permitted in any University lot or specific parking spaces marked "rented 24 hours, 7 days a week."
  • Street parking meters supplied by the cities of Champaign and Urbana are not considered University parking and will be strictly enforced on Saturday.
