Tournament Logistics |
Team Drop-Off and Registration Opens at 7:00AM at the Student Center Please drop off students and equipment in Parking Lot 2 or 7 depending on which is closest to your homeroom. Students should go directly to homeroom while coach registers at the Student Center which is located in the middle of campus. Parking Please have buses park in Parking Lots 3 or the far side of Parking Lot 7B depending on the location of your homeroom that was emailed to the coaches. Maps Driving and Campus Maps Team Registration Process TEAM ROSTERS/FORMS Please provide a medical release form, media release for for each team member. Copies of these are included in the Google folder. Coaches must provide a team roster for each team competing along with your Principal's signature at the bottom of each roster. Please help us by putting individual forms in alphabetical order for each individual form Release Forms and Media Release forms will be checked against your team roster(s). WRISTBANDS As you check in, our volunteers will count out the designated amount of wristbands for your team. Please do not leave the check in table until you do this. Students without wristbands will not be admitted to their events. Please read the Wristband directives that you will find in your registration packet at check-in. Division B-Varsity 15 Division B-JV 25 (Maximum) Division C-Varsity 15 Division C-JV 25 (Maximum) Wristbands are needed for impound!! Students are expected to impound for their event. HOMEROOMS Homeroom numbers will be listed on your registration packet. Please do not switch homerooms as we will need to know where everyone is should any issues arise throughout the day. Impound Times All impounds are from 7:50- 8:40 A.M. Headquarters/Hospitality/Scoring/Arbitration Location: Student Center - This room will be open throughout the day. Coaches, Directors, Event Supervisors and only please. Concessions/Food for Students/Parents Both Subway and Papa John's will be open in the Student Center. Hours: 10:00AM - 2:00PM A SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT LUNCH! Phi Theta Kappa will be selling snack food to raise money for Relay for Life in the JCSM 1st floor from 9 to 2PM. As an added bonus Rock Valley Chemistry Club will be doing demonstrations in the JCSM Atrium from 10 to 2PM. Awards Ceremony Make you way to the Physical Education Center (PEC) by 4:00PM Please make sure you homeroom is emptied and cleaned up! Awards will follow shortly after. Parents are encouraged to bring pop-up chairs for extra seating. |

Policies |
Rock Valley College is an open and unsecured campus. Anyone can come and go on campus. Coaches need to keep an eye on their students. Students should NOT go wandering off by themselves.
Personal Belongings Please ask students to leave all personal belongings in the homeroom. Students who bring personal belongings to an event will be asked to place all belongings at the front (or back) of the event room. NOTE ON CELLPHONES: Cellphones MUST be turned off and put inside a personal belonging that is left at the front (or back) of the room. Phones may NOT be kept on a student during an event. Students found with cellphones may be asked to leave the event. |
