Team Registration Process
EACH team member must have a medical release, and a media release permission form, and coaches must provide a roster for each team competing (varsity and JV). A Principal's signature is required at the bottom of each roster submitted. Please alphabetize your forms and divide them into 2 separate piles-one for Medical Release Forms and one for Media Release Forms. We will be checking these against your team roster(s). To expedite the registration process on the morning of the tournament, you may opt to scan and email your team roster(s) and media/participation release forms to Amy Nicely by 5pm on Friday, March 3. Using this option would require you to bring only the medical release forms to the registration table when you pick up your team packet.
As you check in, our volunteers will count out the designated amount of wristbands for your team. Please do not leave the registration table until you do this. Students without wristbands will not be admitted to their events. Please read the Wristband directives that you will find in your registration packet at check-in.

Homeroom numbers will be listed on your registration packet. Please do not switch homerooms as we will need to know where everyone is should any issues arise throughout the day.
All impounds will take place during the hour immediately preceding the event. Impound times are indicated on the tournament event schedule.
Tournament headquarters is located outside room X-212.
Scoring/Arbitration is located in X-202.
Coaches, event supervisors, and volunteers are welcome to join us for hospitality throughout the day in X-219.
Food for Students
No food will be available on-site for purchase except snacks in the vending machines. Teams will either need to bring their own lunches or plan to order pizza or other food for delivery.
Division B awards will begin at approximately 3:15pm (location: gymnasium).
Division C awards will begin at approximately 4:00pm (location: gymnasium).

All volunteers are asked to report to tournament headquarters outside room X-212 to sign in. To expedite the check-in process, please bring a signed copy of this volunteer agreement form with you.
Parkland is an open and unsecured campus. Anyone can come and go on campus. Coaches need to keep an eye on their students. Students should NOT go wandering off by themselves.
Please ask students to leave all personal belongings in the homeroom. Students who bring personal belongings to an event will be asked to place all belongings at the front (or back) of the event room.
NOTE ON CELLPHONES: Cellphones MUST be turned off and put inside a personal belonging that is left at the front (or back) of the room. Phones may NOT be kept on a student during an event. Students found with cellphones may be asked to leave the event.
