Details

Who Can Submit a Design
- Students, Parents, Coaches, Supporters from a school that has an ISO team
* All designs must be submitted through the team coach

What do I win?
- If the winner is a student on the ISO team or from the team's school, they will win $100.
- If the winner is a parent, coach, or supporter, then the TEAM will win $100.

- The winning shirt design will be offered for preorder PRIOR to the state competition and picked up at Tournament registration.
- LIMITED QUANTITIES will be available for sale at the state tournament and will cost MORE than if preordered.
- The winner (or winning team) will be recognized at the State Tournament

Rules
Designs MUST:
- Be original works of art
- Be generic and not specific to any school (no team names, mascots, etc)

Designs must NOT:
- Contain copyrighted materials unless written consent has been given by the owner to Illinois Science Olympiad
- Please do NOT include images in your design that you find doing an internet search (i.e. Google Images) unless you can provide written consent to use the image

- Electronic designs (or electronic scans of handdrawn artwork) are preferred

Submitting your Design
What to Include with the Design:
- Your Name
- Your School's Name
- Coach's Name
- Grade Level or Involvement Level (Parent, Coach, Supporter, Other)

By Email:
- All designs should be emailed to the team coach first

By Postal Mail:
- Please mail all designs to ISO Headquarters:  1221 Suffolk St, Naperville, IL 60563

Voting

Voting will run for 1 week at the end of February.
Voting is open to the public (but ISO holds a strict no abuse policy on voting)

Shirt Orders

Shirts will be available for sale online starting end of February.  You will have the ability to prepay or pay at tournament registration.  All orders will be picked up by the team coach.

Limited quantities of shirts will be available for sale at the state tournament but will cost more than shirts ordered ahead of time.

Sign In to the ISO website by clicking the Sign In button in the upper right of the site.  Once logged in, go to the top menu Misc -> Coaches Clinic.  You will see the presentations there.

Team and Schedules

Teams have been officially assigned to regional tournaments.

• The website is being updated with all team assignments. 

• Your team should have received email/phone correspondence from your tournament director.  If you have not, please contact the ISO State Directors.

 

A TENTATIVE State schedule has been posted on the State page.

Regional Schedules are posted on the regional webpages.

Volunteers

For those of you who have emailed ISO about volunteering this year, we have not forgotten you!  Once teams are assigned to tournaments, ISO will begin contacting all volunteers.  Thanks for your patience!
